Pour-Over coffee is brewed by pouring hot water directly over ground coffee while it's simultaneously filtered. Here, the water filters through with all the soluble coffee. As a result, the coffee does not remain submerged in water and delivers a more refined cup.
Yes, we roast, grind, and pack 9 gms. of coffee in each pour-over bag. Just tear open the bag, place it on your mug of choice and pour hot water into the filter. Repeat the process 3-4 times (amounting to 180-220 ml.).
Our single-serve pour-over(s) are self-contained and allow you to make a great cup of coffee without any equipment. Simply TEAR open the filter and ANCHOR it on a mug of your choice using the side hangers to hold it in place and slowly pour hot water into the bag till it's filled. Repeat the process 3-4 times (amounting to 180 ml. - 220 ml.) to fully BREW the coffee, stopping periodically to ensure the water doesn’t overflow. Let the coffee filter through the bag into the mug and enjoy!
Start by pouring a little bit of hot water into the filter just enough to moisten all the coffee. Wait for 10 to 15 seconds and then pour water so that it fills the whole bag. Repeat this two or three times. While pouring, you can pause for a few seconds to ensure the filter doesn’t overflow. You can try pouring more or less water to adjust the taste as per your preference.
Dip Coffee is the future of ready-to-go premium coffee. Inspired by the tea bag, Dip bags are re-engineered for coffee so you can enjoy a full-bodied, french press quality brew. No equipment is required - just place the bag in a cup, pour hot water and let it soak.
The difference lies in the brewing method and the mouthfeel of the brewed coffee. The Dip Coffee tends to yield a thicker body while the Pour-Over yields a cleaner cup, allowing for the nuanced flavour notes to come through.
Cold Brew is the process of soaking ground coffee in room temperature/cold water for anywhere between 10-24 hours. As opposed to a hot brew, the cold brew method yields a rich yet smooth, and less acidic glass of coffee.
While, the sweetened creamer works best with hot brews because it mixes easily, it can be used with cold brew as well. Since, it doesn't mix readily in cold brews we suggest extra stirring/mixing for best results.
Yes! We are constantly striving towards having our products be a 100% bio-degradable. Your used coffee filters and grounds are perfect to throw in the compost bin and the outer foil of each packet is recyclable!
Nitrogen flushing is a technique used in food packaging that removes the oxygen from the pack to prevent oxidation and degradation. By using this method, we are able to increase the longevity of the coffee and preserve freshness for 6 months. Nitrogen is a naturally-occurring, odorless, and food-safe inert gas. It is abundantly present in the atmosphere (we breathe it daily and are doing so right now) and it does not react with the coffee or affect its flavor in any way.
