Our single-serve pour-over(s) are self-contained and allow you to make a great cup of coffee without any equipment. Simply TEAR open the filter and ANCHOR it on a mug of your choice using the side hangers to hold it in place and slowly pour hot water into the bag till it's filled. Repeat the process 3-4 times (amounting to 180 ml. - 220 ml.) to fully BREW the coffee, stopping periodically to ensure the water doesn’t overflow. Start by pouring a little bit of hot water into the filter just enough to moisten all the coffee. Wait for 10 to 15 seconds and then pour water so that it fills the whole bag. Repeat this two or three times. While pouring, you can pause for a few seconds to ensure the filter doesn’t overflow. You can try pouring more or less water to adjust the taste as per your preference.

While, the sweetened creamer works best with hot brews because it mixes easily, it can be used with cold brew as well. Since, it doesn't mix readily in cold brews we suggest extra stirring/mixing for best results.

Nitrogen flushing is a technique used in food packaging that removes the oxygen from the pack to prevent oxidation and degradation. By using this method, we are able to increase the longevity of the coffee and preserve freshness for 6 months. Nitrogen is a naturally-occurring, odorless, and food-safe inert gas. It is abundantly present in the atmosphere (we breathe it daily and are doing so right now) and it does not react with the coffee or affect its flavor in any way.
